Wilrieke Sophia
WILRIEKE (they/them) is a sex & intimacy educator; consent, kink and eclectic neo-tantra facilitator; intimacy activist; (TEDx) speaker; writer; and founder of Exploring Deeper and Cuddle Workshops International. They identify as queer, sex-positive, polyamorous and kinky. Wilrieke is based near Amsterdam, where they openly combine being a mother of three daughters with their work. The main focus of their work is empowerment through self-knowledge and understanding, radical self-inclusion, the embodied experiencing of boundaries and desires, and an extensive practice of consent – all based on a foundation of trauma awareness and neuroscience, embedded in experiential spaces based on intimacy practices. Wilrieke hosts sex-positive retreats, play parties, teacher training, and festivals. In their free time, Wilrieke creates zines and other free materials on e.g. accountability, abuse and power dynamics in the intimacy and wellness communities.
1. KINKY TANTRA FOR ALL GENDERS - Tantra has always been a rebellion: against rigid moral codes, against asceticism, against the idea that spiritual growth and embodied pleasure are opposites. In this workshop, we take that rebellious spirit one step further, weaving together neo-Tantric practice with an embodied exploration of power, sensation, and desire. Drawing from both traditional Tantric philosophy and the playful world of kink, we'll use breathwork, touch, movement, and mindful awareness to drop deeper into the body and into connection - with ourselves and with others. Power exchange, when practiced with full presence and consent, can be a profound portal: into trust, into surrender, into aliveness. Through solo, partnered, and group exercises we'll explore what it means to give and receive: energy, attention, sensation, and yes, possibly a little spanking for those who are curious. All intensities are welcome: if you'd rather stay with breath and gentle touch, that is equally valid and equally Tantric. 2. SLOW KINKY TEMPLE NIGHT - Together with Ronyah, Arek and Lya, Wilrieke will offer a temple night for everybody that wants to explore kink, a first tempel evening with a focus on consent with a spicy twist.
