LYA (she/her) is an Intimacy Therapist I Founder at the Love Institute.
I grew up in a family of doctors and a psychotherapist, connected with the medicinal roots of Mexico and Spain. My own journey with my sexuality and a life-changing health experience in my youth led me to research everything around pleasure, shame, and authenticity.
I trained in classical tantra, sexual deconditioning, shadow work, and my journey continued with therapeutic tools like NLP, NARM, IFS, erotic intelligence, and tantra therapy.
I'm passionate about translating profound ancestral wisdom into practical, no-BS tools to dismantle shame and sabotage. I use pleasure, courage, and voice as my main tools - helping people reconnect with their body, speak their truth, and build a life that feels vulnerable, courageous, and authentic.
1. MAGNETIC EROTIC TALK - Your voice is a powerful magnetic instrument. However for many of us we've learned to not use it on its fullest: holding back, not expressing ourselves fully, pleasing, staying quiet, being polite. Your voice and your sexual energy are deeply wired, when one opens, so does the other too. In this workshop we'll explore the playful art of erotic talk through somatic voice practices, playful prompts, and playful guided experiences so that you can feel your voice liberated, turned on, and discover the magnetism of your voice. Join and let go to 'say the right thing', and come instead to tap into your , your honesty and the magnetism of your authentic expression. 2. SACRED BREAST MASSAGE - Many women have learned that guarding our hearts keeps us safe: not opening our heart too quickly, feeling our emotions are too much, or protecting it from being hurt. However, living with a guarded heart takes so much more energy than unzippering it. The female breasts sit in front of your heart for a reason, they are not just a sacred source of your sexual energy, and the most beautiful curves in your body - but they are also an energetic, emotional and deeply alive heartspace in your body. They are the meeting place of love and desire, tenderness and turn-on, grief and pleasure. In this female body's workshop, we will work with breast massage as a practice of awakening the life force energy in our heart. You'll be guided to feel even more, and to awaken the subtle orgasmic intelligence of your heart-breast center. This will be a space for self-practice or partner practice with other female bodies in love, sisterhood and curiosity.
