Louisa Wolffensperger
LOUISA (she/her) - Louisa (she/her) started her yoga and tantra path at approximately the same time, in 2012. Ever since, she has been inspired by tantric philosophy on her yogic journey, using tantric techniques in her yoga classes and using yogic techniques in her tantra workshops. Louisa is certified by the Dutch and European Yoga Association (500+ hours). She has in-depth experience in a broad range of yoga styles. Her approach is mindful, curiosity-driven and trauma-sensitive to empower you in your own healing journey, inviting you to explore and tune into the needs of your body and being at that moment.
1. MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION - This lesson helps you wake up your body and get energized for the day, using meditation to land, shaking to get the energy flowing, and active poses and breath to energize
2. YIN YOGA - This lesson helps you ground and calmy start your day, using meditation, yin poses and calming breathing techniques
3. YOGA FOR INTEGRATION - This lesson helps you integrate and ground, using soft shaking, meditation, grounding poses and balancing breathing techniques.
