CHRISTINA (she/her) - My journey began as a professional dancer at the Moulin Rouge, where I honed my ability to express myself through movement and sensuality. Over the years, I've expanded my focus to something deeper: guiding others in their exploration of sexuality, self-love, and personal empowerment.

Through my workshops and classes, I create safe and nurturing spaces for individuals to connect with their bodies and unlock their sexual energy. These workshops are all about embracing the power of the sexual organs, demystifying female and male pleasure, and fostering a deep sense of self-love and acceptance..

I'm also a Sensual Yin Yoga teacher, where I blend mindfulness, gentle movement, and sensual awareness to help people reconnect with their inner selves.

1. SENSUAL YIN & YOGA NIDRA WITH DRUMS AND INSTRUMENTS - This class is the perfect way to unwind, gently stretch your body, and prepare for a deep, restful night's sleep. We’ll start with Sensual Yin, moving slowly and mindfully, letting go of tension and connecting with your body’s natural rhythm. The live music will guide you into a deeper state of relaxation. Afterward, sink into the stillness of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation designed to bring you into profound rest and peace. Perfect for winding down, this class is all about softness, self-connection, and relaxation. Treat yourself to a peaceful night with yourself and drift into a delicious, deep sleep. Bring a cozy blanket, you can come in your pyjama or sleeping back. 2. VULVA POWER - VULVA MAPPING & VULVA GAZING - In his you’ll explore and look at your vulva in a safe, supportive space. This is a journey of discovery, where you’ll not only observe but also feel, becoming one with your own body in a way you may never have before. Be ready to embark on a beautiful journey of self-discovery and self-love. We will dive deep into the wonders of the clitoral system, learning how to better understand and appreciate your body. Plus, we’ll explore the science-backed benefits of masturbation and orgasms—did you know regular solo sex can reduce stress, improve sleep, and even boost your immune system. 3. TURN ON YOUR SEX - Unlock the power of your life force with this dynamic and empowering workshop designed for everyone, regardless of gender. Together, we'll explore how to ignite your sexual energy, release tension, and embrace self-love through breath, movement, sound, and mindful touch. This is an active workshop, where you'll experience a guided sexual meditation and practice self-touch (no nudity involved). You don't need a partner, just an open mind and a willingness to dive into your own inner world. Let go of limiting beliefs, connect with your body, and allow your life energy to flow freely.
