1. CREATING CONSCIOUS LOVE - Love has the power to transform us, yet many of us unconsciously hold barriers that limit our ability to fully give and receive it. The ways we experience love are often shaped by the love we received, or longed for, in childhood. In this workshop, we’ll gently explore these blockages using constellation work to examine our early relationships, particularly with our parents, alongside somatic practices that bring deeper awareness to the body. By uncovering unresolved emotions, fears, and ingrained patterns, we’ll create space for healing, heart-opening, and the inner safety needed to welcome love in all its forms. This is an opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself and others throughout the festival. Keywords: emotional work, body awareness, movement.

2. TEMPLE NIGHT - Together with Amosoma, Mark & Anna, Binta will guide you in the first temple night of the festival.

3. THE DANCE OF THE SERPENT - (for people who identify as a woman). This workshop provides an opportunity to explore your sensual nature with other women in a space of trust, playfulness and mutual respect. Regardless of sexual orientation, we are all sensual beings, learning to navigate our desires. We'll focus on sensual connection, allowing energy to unfold naturally, without pressure or expectation. You'll cultivate presence, deepen self-awareness, and tune into your desires and boundaries. This is an invitation to step into a deeper relationship with yourself and others, celebrate the beauty of feminine connection, and embrace the joy of exploring your sensual nature. Come exactly as you are, or if you feel called, wear something that makes you feel sensual and connected to your body. If you have any sensory tools you love, such as massage oils, feathers, or paddles, feel free to bring them.  Keywords: touch, playfulness, sensuality, intimacy, nudity optional, movement, body awareness.

4. DE-ARMOURING & EMOTIONAL RELEASE - Many of us have learned to suppress our emotions, often as a protective response to challenging experiences in our past. This disconnection limits our ability to experience and express the complete range of human emotions, including love. In this workshop, we will create a supportive environment for releasing hidden emotions and stored tension, helping you let go of patterns that no longer benefit you. We'll work on recovering your capacity for authentic emotional expression and reconnecting with your true Self. Through vocalisation techniques and TRE (Trauma Release Exercises), you'll restore the natural energy flow throughout your body, helping you feel more balanced and embodied. These practices are designed to be done solo, allowing you to focus entirely on your own experience and needs. Please note: Witnessing or participating in catharsis work can be triggering for some individuals. We encourage you to reflect on your readiness for this type of emotional work at this time. Keywords: emotional work, body awareness, movement
